Ben Simmons: Contributes in all major categories
Simmons chipped in 14 points (7-9 FG), two rebounds, six assists, two blocks and three steals across 32 minutes during Wednesday's 112-98 win over the Raptors.
The Scoop: Simmons endured an awful start to the season but seems to be turning things around, as he's scored in double digits in five consecutive games while also recording two double-doubles over his last four contests. Even though Simmons is not the star he was during his prime days with the 76ers, he continues to be a player who can contribute in many areas of the game at the same time. Over that aforementioned five-game span, Simmons has averaged 14.6 points, 7.0 rebounds, 6.4 assists, 1.6 steals and 1.2 blocks per game while making 78.6 percent of his field-goal attempts.

Ben Simmons: Registers another double-double
Simmons ended Tuesday's 115-106 loss to the 76ers with 11 points (4-7 FG, 3-6 FT), seven rebounds, 11 assists, three blocks and three steals over 32 minutes.
The Scoop: Simmons shot 57.1 percent from the field and fell three rebounds shy of a triple-double. He's been shooting well over his last four contests, knocking down 26 of his last 33 attempts. The LSU product has also started his team's last two games, and it appears he'll remain in this role moving forward.

Ben Simmons: Thrives in starting role
Simmons had 22 points (11-13 FG, 0-1 FT), eight rebounds, five assists and one steal over 35 minutes during Sunday's 127-115 victory over the Grizzlies.
The Scoop: Simmons moved back into the starting lineup Sunday, continuing to look more like the player most remember from two years ago. Coming off his best game of the season Thursday in which he posted 15 points on 6-for-6 shooting from the field, Simmons one-upped himself again, turning in another highly encouraging performance. While it might be a bit early to say that Simmons has returned to the form that saw him make three All-Star teams as a member of the 76ers, managers who kept the faith amid his early struggles have to be thrilled with what he has been able to do over the past week.
