|Undergoes ankle surgery
Jerome underwent arthroscopic surgery on his right ankle Tuesday and remains out indefinitely, Spencer Davies of SI.com reports.
The Scoop: Jerome has played in just two games this season due to a nagging ankle injury, and after failing to make much meaningful progress over the past several weeks while treating the sprain with rest and rehab, he ultimately opted for surgery. Though the Cavaliers aren't putting a timeline on Jerome's return, it wouldn't be surprising if he missed the rest of the season.
