Efficient in preseason debut
Siakam posted 15 points (6-8 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 0-1 FT), three rebounds, four assists and a steal across 16 minutes in Tuesday's 131-130 preseason loss to the Hawks.
The Scoop: The Pacers limited their starters to only 16 minutes in the preseason opener, but Siakam was undoubtedly one of the top performers for Indiana. The star forward signed a four-year, $189.5 million maximum contract with the Pacers in the offseason and figures to be one of the team's go-to players on offense alongside Tyrese Haliburton and Myles Turner.
