|Malik Beasley: Drops 16 off bench against Atlanta|
Beasley scored 16 points (6-16 FG, 4-12 3Pt, 0-1 FT) while adding three rebounds and an assist in 31 minutes off the bench during Wednesday's 134-122 loss to the Hawks.
The Scoop: It's only the second time in eight games since his shift back to the second unit that Beasley has seen 30 or more minutes of court time, but Minnesota lost two starters during the game, as Patrick Beverley injured his ankle in the first quarter and Anthony Edwards got ejected in the third. If Beverley's injury in particular keeps him sidelined, Beasley could find himself starting again, a move which would be a boost to his fantasy value -- he's averaged 18.8 points, 4.4 threes, 3.4 boards and 2.1 assists in nine starts this season.
