|Thaddeus Young: Traded to San Antonio|
Young, along with a future first-round pick and two second-round picks, has been traded to the Spurs in exchange for DeMar DeRozan, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.
The Scoop: In his second season with the Bulls, Young averaged 12.1 points, 6.2 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 1.1 steals across 24.3 minutes per game. It is unclear what role the 33-year-old will play in San Antonio as they made offseason moves for Doug McDermott and Zach Collins and still have Luka Samanic and Keldon Johnson on their current roster. Young has never played less than 20.0 minutes per game in his career, so it is likely he carves out a role in some capacity.
