Team-high four steals off bench Martin logged eight points (3-9 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 2-3 FT), four rebounds, four steals and three assists across 30 minutes during Wednesday's 122-103 loss to the 76ers.
The Scoop: Martin made his 13th appearance of the season for the Wizards and got the chance to play extended minutes, but aside from the team-high steal total, he offered limited production. A two-way player, Martin was eligible to be active for just one more game on the season heading into Wednesday, so unless the Wizards upgrade him to a standard NBA deal, he won't suit up Friday in Chicago or Sunday in Miami. Martin made 16 total appearances at the NBA level this season between Brooklyn and Washington, averaging 4.9 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.1 assists in 14.9 minutes per contest. Apr 10 3:34 ET |
