|Nathan Knight: Drops season-high 19 points|
Knight contributed 19 points (5-9 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 7-8 FT), four rebounds and three steals across 25 minutes during Saturday's 113-104 win over the Rockets.
The Scoop: Knight was electric in the second half, scoring 17 of his season-high 19 points in the second stanza. With Rudy Gobert (calf) missing his third game in a row, Knight has claimed a spot in head coach Chris Finch's rotation in each of those contests, but Knight played just four and nine minutes in his prior two outings. However, with fill-in starting center Naz Reid struggling with foul trouble early and playing just 15 minutes, Finch rode Knight heavily for most of the final two quarters. Knight's performance likely won't be enough for him to leapfrog Reid on the depth chart, but it could lead to a more equitable split of the center minutes between the two moving forward should Gobert miss additional games.
