Dowtin joined the 76ers last March on a two-way deal before being converted to a standard NBA contract in April, which made him eligible for the playoffs. He went on to appear in 12 games with the 76ers -- all in the regular season -- and averaged 4.3 points, 2.3 assists and 1.7 rebounds in 11.8 minutes per contest. Though he's no longer under contract for the 76ers, the 27-year-old guard will be part of the organization's Summer League roster.
