Butler will miss a second straight game after tweaking his right ankle during Thursday's practice. He headed into the All-Star break with a minor role in Utah's rotation, so his absence shouldn't have a major impact on Utah's rotation. His next chance to suit up will come Wednesday against the Rockets.
