The Scoop: During a timeout in the first quarter of Wednesday's 128-120 win over the Trail Blazers, Biyombo endured a fainting spell, but he was able to get up under his own power. After his departure, the Trail Blazers' team physicians cleared Biyombo of any medical issues, but the Thunder still elected to rule the veteran center out for the game.
