| Team option picked up The Kings exercised Carter's third-year team option Tuesday, Sean Cunningham of Fox 40 Sacramento reports. The Scoop: Carter hasn't played a minute during the preseason, which could change during the team's next two exhibition games against the Clippers and Lakers.
