Hayward moved into the starting lineup Friday while Jalen Williams (ankle) missed a third straight game, but Hayward's night ended early due to an injury of his own. Kenrich Williams started the second half in his place and could have a sizable role in the short term if both Jalen Williams and Hayward aren't available for Sunday's game in Charlotte.
