Holiday (knee) won't play in Monday's game against Portland, Marc D'Amico of the Celtics' official site reports.

Holiday and Kristaps Porzingis (hamstring) will sit out, but the Celtics will have Derrick White (hand), Jayson Tatum (ankle) and Jaylen Brown (pelvis) available against Portland. Monday's game is the front end of a back-to-back set, so Holiday will most likely return to action Tuesday against the Jazz. In the meantime, it's likely that Sam Hauser and Payton Pritchard step into a larger roles for Boston on Monday.
