Love has been ruled out for Wednesday's preseason game against Brooklyn for rest purposes, Anthony Chiang of the Miami Herald reports.

Love has rested periodically during the preseason and will sit out Wednesday so some of the younger players on the team can see more minutes. His final chance to play during the preseason will be Friday against the Rockets.
