James scored 19 points in the fourth quarter, almost single-handedly erasing the Lakers' 21-point deficit in the final period to steal a critical win from one of the NBA's best teams. He drained a season-high seven three-pointers during the dramatic victory and showed no ill effects from the ankle injury that has been troubling him of late. Wednesday's game was the front end of a back-to-back set, so James could be a candidate to sit Thursday versus the Wizards.
