Markkanen (hamstring) won't be available for games Wednesday in Memphis or Thursday in Minnesota, Andy Larsen of The Salt Lake Tribune reports.

Markkanen has already missed Utah's last two games due to a left hamstring strain, and he'll now miss two additional contests. The veteran forward won't travel with the Jazz and will remain behind in Utah to continue rehabbing the injury with the hope of being ready to go for Saturday's game against the Trail Blazers. Simone Fontecchio will likely continue starting at small forward in Markkanen's stead.
