Merrill was previously listed as questionable, though he'll end up missing Wednesday's contest. His absence is expected to open up more opportunities for Lonzo Ball, Tyrese Proctor and Craig Porter. Merrill had started four straight games before Wednesday. His next chance to play will come Friday against the Pacers.
