Ramon Sessions said that it was an "honor" to be traded from the Kings to the Wizards this season. Washington Post
The Scoop: "It was just an honor to get traded," Sessions said. "To be honest, the situation I was going through in Sacramento, to be a part of a team that is trying to win a championship, it was a great experience." He fell out of the rotation in Sacramento and a nagging back injury kept him on the shelf for 13 straight games. Sessions looked rejuvenated in Washington and really stepped up when John Wall suffered a wrist injury, so the Wizards will be thrilled to know that Sessions will be on the books for $2.17 million next season in what will be a contract year for the guard.
