Alvin Gentry said that he is excited to work with Tyreke Evans in New Orleans. Jim Eichenhofer on Twitter
The Scoop: "I'm probably as excited about [Evans] as anyone on the team," said Gentry. "Playing in the open court is going to help his game." Evans had a quality season with the Pelicans during his 2014-15 campaign, putting in averages of 16.6 points, 5.3 rebounds, 6.6 assists, 1.3 steals and 3.1 turnovers per game. However, he had a lot of opportunity to run the offense with Jrue Holiday unavailable for much of the season. Gentry's uptempo system should help Tyreke's fantasy value, but having a healthy Holiday in the rotation could complicate things.
