Damian Lillard got hot late vs. the Clippers on Wednesday, shooting 7-of-20 from the field with five 3-pointers for 22 points, five assists and three steals in a 108-98 road victory.
The Scoop: Lillard's usage rate has dropped since the regular season, and he came in shooting a mere 36.5 percent in the Blazers' first-round series. Much of that can be attributed to Chris Paul's individual defense, however, and Lillard shook off a very quiet first half to erupt for 19 points in the third and fourth quarters. He's poised for a huge line vs. Austin Rivers and Pablo Prigioni in Friday's home game.
