Serge Ibaka (knee) has reportedly told the Spanish Federation that he's available to play at EuroBasket with the National Team. sportando.com
The Scoop: Ibaka had arthroscopic knee surgery on his right knee back in March, but his recovery timetable was set at 4-6 weeks, so he should be close to 100 percent healthy by now. Ibaka's numbers dipped during the 2014-15 season, as he put in averages of 14.3 points, 7.8 rebounds, 2.4 blocks and 1.2 three-pointers per game, but that was still good enough for second-round value. Part of Ibaka's decline in value was due to the fact that he spent a lot more time on the perimeter hoisting up 3-point shots, which led to a decline in his field goal percentage and took away from some rebounding opportunities. It'll be interesting to see how he is used in new head coach Billy Donovan's system.
