Returns to bench
McBride won't start Sunday's Game 7 against the Pacers, Ian Begley of SportsNet New York reports.

The Scoop: With OG Anunoby (hamstring) returning from a four-game absence and Josh Hart playing through an abdomen injury he suffered in Game 6, McBride will shift to his usual reserve role. McBride has scored in double figures in four straight games, averaging 15.8 points on 46.2 percent shooting during that stretch.

Active and starting
Hart (abdomen) is in the starting five for Sunday's Game 7 against the Pacers, Ian Begley of SportsNet New York reports.

The Scoop: Hart will fight through an abdominal strain he sustained Friday and will be joined by OG Anunoby (hamstring) in the starting lineup for Game 7. While it remains to be seen if Hart will have any physical limitations due to the injury, it seems he will get as many minutes as he can handle. He's generated a double-double four times in the series.

Will start Sunday
Anunoby (hamstring) is active and will start Sunday's Game 7 against the Pacers, Ian Begley of SportsNet New York reports.

The Scoop: Anunoby will return to action for the decisive Game 7 after missing the previous four matchups due to a left hamstring strain. Josh Hart is also available despite suffering an abdominal strain during Game 6. Anunoby had 28 points (10-19 FG) in 28 minutes during Game 2 before suffering the injury, but he'll likely face some limitations Sunday.

Trending toward playing
Hart, who's officially listed as questionable due to an abdomen strain, is on course to play in Sunday's Game 7 against the Pacers, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.

The Scoop: Hart sustained the injury during Game 6 on Friday, but it looks like he'll give it a go during the deciding Game 7. Although the 28-year-old has been playing 40-plus minutes in close games throughout the playoffs, he may have his minutes monitored Sunday due to the injury. An official decision on Hart's availability will be made closer to the 3:30 ET tipoff.

On track to play
Anunoby, who's officially listed as questionable due to a left hamstring strain, is on course to play in Sunday's Game 7 against Indiana, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.

The Scoop: The Knicks could have Anunoby, who's missed the last four games, and Josh Hart (abdomen) available for the deciding Game 7. While the pair are trending toward playing, their availability won't be made official until closer to the 3:30 ET tip. If Anunoby goes, Precious Achiuwa would likely see less work and Jericho Sims could be pushed out of the rotation. Considering Anunoby hasn't played since May 8, he could be under a minutes restriction Sunday.

Triples-doubles in Game 6 win
Doncic racked up 29 points (9-15 FG, 4-6 3Pt, 7-7 FT), 10 rebounds, 10 assists and two steals over 45 minutes during Saturday's 117-116 victory over Oklahoma City in Game 6 of the Western Conference Semifinals.

The Scoop: Doncic did just enough to get his team over the line, recording his third straight triple-double despite dealing with multiple injuries. Heading into the Western Conference Finals, Dallas will be hoping that Doncic can continue to play through his ailments. With a physical matchup almost certainly in the cards, Doncic is simply going to have to absorb any contact that might come his way while trying to maintain his composure.

Pours in 22 points Saturday
Jones totaled 22 points (8-13 FG, 4-6 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal in 40 minutes during Saturday's 117-116 victory over Oklahoma City in Game 6 of the Western Conference Semifinals.

The Scoop: Jones scored at least 17 points for the third straight game, playing a season-high 40 minutes as the Mavericks took care of business in front of their home fans. Jones' offensive output has been a blessing for the Mavericks, providing them with another viable scoring threat alongside Kyrie Irving and Luka Doncic. Coming up against either the Nuggets or the Timberwolves in the Western Conference Finals is a daunting task. If Dallas is to pose a serious threat, Jones may need to maintain his offensive momentum.

Stands tall in victory
Lively had 12 points (5-6 FG, 2-3 FT), 15 rebounds, three assists, one block and one steal in 29 minutes during Saturday's 117-116 victory over the Thunder in Game 6 of the Western Conference Semifinals.

The Scoop: Lively continues to play well above his age, producing when it mattered most as the Mavericks eliminated the Thunder. Despite coming off the bench, Lively played the majority of the center minutes, recording his second straight double-double. Dallas will face either the Timberwolves or the Nuggets in the Western Conference Finals, and either team will provide Lively with elite opposition at the center position.

Back in rotation Saturday
Williams provided two points (1-1 FG) and one rebound across three minutes during Saturday's 117-116 loss to the Mavericks in Game 6 of the Western Conference Semifinals.

The Scoop: Williams played for just the second time in the past five games, logging four minutes as Luguentz Dort was benched due to foul trouble. Despite a somewhat fantasy-friendly game, Williams is nothing more than a depth piece for a Thunder team with high aspirations heading into next season. There is no reason to think he will play a significant role moving forward.

Goes down swinging
Gilgeous-Alexander ended Saturday's 117-116 loss to Dallas in Game 6 of the Western Conference Semifinals with 36 points (14-25 FG, 4-5 3Pt, 4-7 FT), three rebounds, eight assists and two blocks across 43 minutes.

The Scoop: Gilgeous-Alexander did everything he could to get the Thunder over the line Saturday, pouring in a game-high 36 points. While he ultimately fell short of his goal, enough can't be said about how good he was this season. The Thunder are just starting their journey, and with so many draft picks to work with, there is an opportunity for them to improve their roster sooner rather than later. Despite the disappointing playoff exit, Gilgeous-Alexander is poised to continue his ascension and will likely be in the MVP discussion again next season.
