The Scoop: After the 2024-25 season came to a close for the Suns, Phoenix and Durant agreed to part ways and work on a trade heading into the offseason. A lot of teams became potential destinations for the superstar forward, but in the end, Houston won the KD sweepstakes by sending Jalen Green, Dillon Brooks and six draft picks to Phoenix. The Suns will now have the No. 10 overall pick in the 2025 NBA Draft as well as five second-round picks. During the 2024-25 campaign, Durant averaged 26.6 points, 6.0 rebounds, 4.2 assists and 1.2 blocks per game, shooting 52.7 percent from the field and 43 percent from beyond the arc.

 The Scoop: Walker's 2024-25 campaign has officially come to an end. The 21-year-old forward finished his second season with the Pacers having averaged 6.1 points, 3.1 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game during the regular season while shooting 47.2 percent from the field and 40.5 percent from deep.

 The Scoop: McConnell stepped up on both ends of the floor, shouldering more of the point guard duties with Tyrese Haliburton limited due to a calf injury. The veteran McConnell has now scored double digits in four of the past five games, while tallying 13 total steals during that time. Although Haliburton will almost certainly be available for Game 7, McConnell will likely be called upon to lighten the load as Indiana looks for its first NBA title.

 The Scoop: Dort was a non-factor in the loss, continuing what has been a modest yet underwhelming postseason. He has now scored single digits in nine of the past 12 games, posing very little threat on the offensive end. Game 7 will be in Oklahoma City on Sunday, with both teams looking to end what has been an enthralling NBA Finals.

 The Scoop: Siakam recorded a double-double for the second time during the NBA Finals on Thursday. Even though the New Mexico State product had his second-lowest point total of this series, he left his mark on this game while helping force a Game 7, which will be played Sunday in Oklahoma City.

 The Scoop: Walker will miss a sixth straight game during the NBA Finals due to a sprained right ankle. The next opportunity for him to get back on the floor will be Sunday if the Pacers force a Game 7 in Oklahoma City.

 The Scoop: McConnell turned in 13 points in the third quarter and kept the Pacers in the hunt alongside Obi Toppin's seven points in the stanza. McConnell's results faded after a solid Game 2 performance against the Thunder, but he bounced back in Game 5 by making plays all over the floor, finishing with postseason highs in points and minutes.

 The Scoop: Siakam had a respectable total heading into the fourth quarter, but he woke up with 12 points in the final stanza. He was the engine of an 11-3 rally that put the Pacers within striking distance. His teammates provided little support after the scoring barrage, as the Thunder responded with an 18-4 rally of their own to put the game out of reach. Siakam's 28 points marked his best scoring performance of the series.

 The Scoop: Wallace notched his third double-digit scoring performance of the postseason in the decisive win. Wallace carved out a larger role with the Thunder during his second season, but his playoff contributions have been minimal. The Kentucky product managed his best total of the series despite logging a series-low 17 minutes on the court. Wallace also recorded a postseason-high four steals during the victory.

 The Scoop: Joseph will become an unrestricted free agent after spending the 2024-25 campaign with Orlando. The veteran guard appeared in 50 regular-season outings (16 starts) with the Magic, finishing with averages of 3.5 points, 1.5 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 12.2 minutes per game.
