The Scoop: Wright came back too earth in Game 2 following a big performance in the first game of the series versus Boston. He will now be sidelined until at least Game 4. In his absence, Patty Mills and Duncan Robinson could see a slightly bigger workload.

 The Scoop: Lillard was able to return to Game 3 after suffering the injury and finished the contest with 28 points (6-20 FG, 4-12 3Pt, 12-12 FT), eight assists, three steals and one rebound over 45 minutes. Final confirmation on his status Sunday will presumably come closer to game time. AJ Green, Andre Jackson and Malik Beasley would all be candidates to see increased minutes alongside Patrick Beverley in the backcourt should Lillard indeed need to sit out.

 The Scoop: Hardaway left Game 2 of the series on Tuesday after just six minutes of action and didn't feature in Game 3, so he's been extremely limited in the series. The doubtful tag isn't particularly encouraging ahead of Sunday's contest, but an official announcement should be made closer to Sunday's 3:30 p.m. ET tipoff. Even if he's available, he should come off the bench and his minutes could be closely monitored given his recent injury issues.

 The Scoop: Leonard logged 25 minutes in Friday's Game 3 loss, finishing with nine points (4-7 FG, 1-1 FT), nine rebounds and two assists, but he didn't look as fluid in his movements as he did in Game 2, where he was able to play 35 minutes while pouring 15 points, seven rebounds and four steals. His official status will be determined closer to Sunday's 3.30 p.m. ET tipoff, but if he's ruled out, then Terance Mann and Amir Coffey would be in line to pick up extra minutes.

 The Scoop: The availability of Kornet means the Celtics will be at full strength for Game 3 of the series against the Heat. Kornet should see minutes off the bench, though he's likely to have a very limited role with both Kristaps Porzingis and Al Horford available.

 The Scoop: Booker finished just two assists away from recording a double-double in Game 3, and the star guard will need to be at his best Sunday if the Suns want to avoid getting swept in the first round. Booker's scoring numbers have increased with each passing game in the series, though this was the first time he surpassed the 20-point plateau.

 The Scoop: Beal led the Suns in scoring Friday, but as has been the case throughout the series, Phoenix simply hasn't been able to hang on with the Timberwolves throughout an entire game, which explains the 0-3 deficit the Suns are currently in right now. This was the first team Beal surpassed the 15-point mark in the series, and the veteran guard will need to keep the momentum going for Game 4 on Sunday if the Suns want to avoid getting swept in the first round.

 The Scoop: Durant bounced back from a subpar showing in Game 2, at least for his lofty standards, and he had a strong showing in Game 3, but once again, his contributions were not enough to lift the Suns to victory as Phoenix fell into an 0-3 deficit. Durant will need to be at his best if the Suns want to avoid the sweep in Game 4 on Sunday. He's averaging 24.7 points, 5.7 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game in the series.

 The Scoop: Gobert's scoring numbers have increased with each passing game in the series, though the increased offensive responsibility in Game 3 was directly related to Karl-Anthony Towns being limited with foul trouble. Gobert also has two double-doubles in three games during he current series, averaging 17.0 points and 13.0 boards per contest.

 The Scoop: Towns needed 16 shots to score 18 points, but he still made his presence felt and looked active on the glass, grabbing double-digit boards despite being limited to just 24 minutes due to foul trouble. Towns has adjusted well to life operating as Minnesota's second offensive option behind Anthony Edwards, but he remains extremely valuable in fantasy as a two-way big man who can shoot threes at an above-average rate. He's averaging 16.3 points and 9.3 rebounds per game in the current series while shooting an elite 45.5 percent (5-for-11) from beyond the arc.
