Horford recorded zero points (0-8 FG, 0-7 3Pt), seven rebounds, two assists and two steals across 27 minutes during Wednesday's 121-116 loss to Sacramento.
The Scoop: Horford was a disaster on the offensive end, missing all seven of his shot attempts. It's been a slow start to his career in Golden State, averaging just 4.5 points and 4.5 rebounds in 22.0 minutes per game. He has already missed three games, a trend that could certainly continue. There is no reason to have him on a fantasy roster at this point, even in deeper leagues.

Walsh notched seven points (3-4 FG, 1-2 3Pt), seven rebounds, one assist and two steals across 24 minutes during Wednesday's 136-107 victory over the Wizards.
The Scoop: Walsh took advantage of a favorable opponent, seeing double-digit minutes for just the second time all season. Prior to this performance, he had suited up for just four games, failing to score in three of those. While this was an encouraging performance, there is no reason to think he is going to move into any sort of meaningful role.

Vukcevic produced five points (2-3 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 1-1 FT), one rebound and one assist in six minutes during Wednesday's 136-107 loss to the Celtics.
The Scoop: Vukcevic logged fewer than 10 minutes for the seventh time in the past eight games, continuing what has been a disappointing season thus far. It appears as though it is going to be another long season for the Wizards, having won just one game to this point. While Vukcevic could play a role later in the season, there is no reason to think that time will come in the near future.

McCollum amassed three points (1-10 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 1-1 FT), one rebound and four assists in 18 minutes during Wednesday's 136-107 loss to the Celtics.
The Scoop: McCollum's output went from bad to worse, as he delivered a season-low three points in the loss. Saying he is washed might be a little premature, although fantasy managers have to be getting frustrated with his production thus far. Through eight games, he is averaging 11.6 points and 2.0 three-pointers in 27.3 minutes per contest.

Huff provided 16 points (5-10 FG, 4-9 3Pt, 2-2 FT), two rebounds and two blocks over 18 minutes during Wednesday's 112-103 loss to the Nets.
The Scoop: Huff drained four of his nine three-pointers Wednesday and scored at a pace of nearly one point per minute despite coming off the bench. This 16-point output could easily end up being an outlier for Huff, however, as he had scored 25 points combined over his first seven appearances this season (one start). Fantasy managers shouldn't overreact after one game, and Huff is better suited to remain on waivers until he shows he can put up these numbers on a semi-consistent basis.

Clowney ended with 17 points (6-9 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 3-4 FT), four rebounds and one assist over 30 minutes during Wednesday's 112-103 win over the Pacers.
The Scoop: Clowney missed just three of his nine shots from the field en route to posting a season-high scoring output. Clowney has scored in double digits while starting in the Nets' last two games. It's too early to draw meaningful conclusions, but if this role change becomes permanent, Clowney could be in line for an uptick in his fantasy upside for as long as he remains in the first unit.

Durant contributed 11 points (5-18 FG, 1-2 3Pt), four rebounds, five assists, one block and one steal across 34 minutes during Wednesday's 124-109 victory over Memphis.
The Scoop: Durant delivered his worst game of the season so far in this win over the Grizzlies, posting a season-low output in points and field goals made while attempting 18 shots -- his second-highest mark of the season. There's a strong chance this might have been nothing more than an off game for the veteran scorer, as he had recorded at least 19 points in each of his previous six games to start his Rockets tenure on a strong note. Durant will aim to bounce back when the Rockets take on the Spurs on Friday.

Landale supplied 11 points (4-7 FG, 3-4 3Pt), three rebounds, one assist, one block and one steal over 21 minutes during Wednesday's 124-109 loss to Houston.
The Scoop: Landale continues to put up solid numbers while starting at center due to the absence of Zach Edey (ankle), and this was his fourth straight contest with double-digit points. The big man is averaging 13.5 points per outing in that four-game stretch, and although he'll return to the bench once Edey is ready to return to the lineup, Landale is delivering a decent return to managers who trusted him as a reliable waiver option to start the campaign.

Westbrook generated 23 points (9-13 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), 16 rebounds, 10 assists and one steal over 35 minutes in Wednesday's 121-116 win over Golden State.
The Scoop: Westbrook, the NBA's all-time leader in triple-doubles, added another tally to his total Wednesday. Westbrook's 16 rebounds were his most since May of 2021. The veteran guard has offered a major boost to the Kings' starting lineup while Keegan Murray (thumb) has been sidelined. In his last six games, Westbrook is averaging 17.8 points, 8.3 rebounds, 6.7 assists and 1.7 steals across 32.1 minutes.

Thompson finished with 28 points (13-26 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 1-1 FT), 10 rebounds, seven assists and two steals across 39 minutes during Wednesday's 124-109 win over the Grizzlies.
The Scoop: Thompson filled up the stat sheet, as he got the job done on both ends of the floor while being efficient, shooting 50 percent from the floor. The two-way guard is on a hot streak, as he's scored 27 points or more in each of the last two games.
