Carter (calf) posted 16 points (5-12 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 6-8 FT), five rebounds, three assists and one steal across 27 minutes during Sunday's 126-122 victory over the Nets.
The Scoop: After a five-game absence due to a bruised right calf, Carter returned to action and wound up being thrust into a significant role because of an injury to Killian Hayes (toe). With Russell Westbrook (foot) also banged up, Carter could find himself in a position for extra ball-handling duties going forward. Across his past six outings, Carter has averaged 11.0 points, 4.2 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.3 steals in 18.7 minutes per game.

Smith ended Sunday's 126-122 loss to the Kings with 18 points (7-9 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 1-1 FT), two rebounds, four assists and three steals in 29 minutes.
The Scoop: It was Smith's finest effort since joining the Nets on a 10-day contract last week. Over five appearances for Brooklyn, the 26-year-old has averaged 6.4 points, 2.6 assists, 2.2 rebounds and 1.0 steals in 18.6 minutes per game while shooting 50.0 percent from the field. It remains to be seen if Smith has played well enough to earn another deal with the Nets.

Vukcevic won't return to Sunday's game against the Knicks due to lower-back tightness, and he'll finish with 13 points (5-9 FG, 3-6 3Pt), one rebound and one assist across 15 minutes.
The Scoop: With Alex Sarr (toe) sidelined in the second leg of this back-to-back set, Vukcevic got the starting nod Sunday but logged just over 15 minutes before exiting the contest. His next opportunity to play will come Wednesday in Utah.

O'Neale (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Raptors.
The Scoop: O'Neale will miss a third straight game due to left knee soreness, and his next opportunity to return will come Tuesday against Denver. Clingan totaled 18 points (7-13 FG, 4-7 3Pt), 13 rebounds and one assist in 25 minutes during Sunday's 128-112 loss to Denver.
The Scoop: Clingan opened Sunday's game with back-to-back triples, and he set a new career high in three-point makes within his first 10 minutes of play. This was the sophomore center's seventh straight double-double and his 32nd of the season. He shouldn't have much trouble keeping that streak going Monday with a favorable matchup against the Nets.

Reese (two-way) is listed out for Sunday's game against the Knicks.
The Scoop: Washington had already ruled out eight other players out for Sunday's contest -- including center Alex Sarr (toe) -- but Reese will remain inactive for a fourth consecutive game while the Wizards intend to get by with just nine available players. After Sunday, Reese will be eligible to play in eight of the Wizards' remaining 11 games while he's signed to a two-way deal.

Sensabaugh (illness) has been removed from the injury report ahead of Monday's meeting with the Raptors.
The Scoop: Sensabaugh will be back in action following a two-game layoff, which could shift Elijah Harkless back to the second unit, while Cody Williams' usage could dip a bit. Through nine games in March, Sensabaugh has put up averages of 21.1 points, 3.1 rebounds, 2.4 assists, 3.1 triples and 1.0 steals per contest.

Collier (hamstring) won't play Monday versus the Raptors.
The Scoop: This will be Collier's third consecutive game on the inactive list, and with Keyonte George (hamstring) also out, it'll be Elijah Harkless, Kennedy Chandler and Bez Mbeng holding down the fort in the backcourt. Collier's next chance to play will come Wednesday versus Washington.
