With Russell Westbrook (foot) also banged up, Carter could find himself in a position for extra ball-handling duties going forward. Across his past six outings, Carter has averaged 11.0 points, 4.2 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.3 steals in 18.7 minutes per game.

 The Scoop: It was Smith's finest effort since joining the Nets on a 10-day contract last week. Over five appearances for Brooklyn, the 26-year-old has averaged 6.4 points, 2.6 assists, 2.2 rebounds and 1.0 steals in 18.6 minutes per game while shooting 50.0 percent from the field. It remains to be seen if Smith has played well enough to earn another deal with the Nets.

 The Scoop: With Alex Sarr (toe) sidelined in the second leg of this back-to-back set, Vukcevic got the starting nod Sunday but logged just over 15 minutes before exiting the contest. His next opportunity to play will come Wednesday in Utah.

 The Scoop: O'Neale will miss a third straight game due to left knee soreness, and his next opportunity to return will come Tuesday against Denver. Jordan Goodwin will likely remain in the starting five in O'Neale's absence, while Rasheer Fleming and Ryan Dunn are candidates for increased playing time.

 The Scoop: Clingan opened Sunday's game with back-to-back triples, and he set a new career high in three-point makes within his first 10 minutes of play. This was the sophomore center's seventh straight double-double and his 32nd of the season. He shouldn't have much trouble keeping that streak going Monday with a favorable matchup against the Nets.

 The Scoop: Dadiet will be available for Sunday's game versus the Wizards. He's made 24 total appearances for the Knicks this season, averaging 1.2 points and not much else in 3.8 minutes per game.

Through nine games in March, Sensabaugh has put up averages of 21.1 points, 3.1 rebounds, 2.4 assists, 3.1 triples and 1.0 steals per contest.

 The Scoop: This will be Collier's third consecutive game on the inactive list, and with Keyonte George (hamstring) also out, it'll be Elijah Harkless, Kennedy Chandler and Bez Mbeng holding down the fort in the backcourt. Collier's next chance to play will come Wednesday versus Washington.
