Westbrook amassed 19 points (5-11 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 8-10 FT), one rebound and five assists across 22 minutes during Wednesday's 149-106 loss to the Thunder in Game 2 of the Western Conference Semifinals.
The Scoop: The likes of Jamal Murray and Nikola Jokic struggled badly in this Game 2 loss, and while it would be a stretch to say Westbrook stepped up, he did end as the team's leading scorer. Westbrook has scored in double digits off the bench in all but one of his eight playoff showings thus far and has surpassed the 15-point mark in his last three.

Kornet posted six points (3-4 FG), eight rebounds and one block over 18 minutes during Wednesday's 91-90 loss to New York in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals.
The Scoop: Kornet played a handful of extra minutes with Kristaps Porzingis continuing to struggle with an illness. The issue has been bothering Porzingis for more than a month now, meaning Kornet is going to have to stay ready. Both he and Al Horford will need to play better if the Celtics are to turn the series around, starting with Game 3 in New York on Saturday.

Horford will be in the starting lineup for Game 2 against the Knicks, Justin Turpin of WEEI.com reports.
The Scoop: Horford will be a starter for the fifth time during this playoff run, as he will replace Kristaps Porzingis in the first unit. In the four previous starts, Horford has averaged 7.5 points, 7.3 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game, shooting 44.4 percent and 36.4 percent from beyond the arc.

Hauser (ankle) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Knicks, Justin Turpin of WEEI.com reports.

Conley produced zero points (0-5 FG, 0-2 3Pt), one rebound, five assists and one steal over 22 minutes during Tuesday's 99-88 loss to the Warriors in Game 1 of the Western Conference Semifinals.
The Scoop: Conley has had a brutal start to the postseason. He's been held scoreless twice through six games and has yet to hit double-digit points. It wouldn't be a surprise if the Timberwolves started to rely on Donte DiVincenzo a lot more going forward.

Podziemski amassed three points (1-7 FG, 1-5 3Pt), eight rebounds and three assists in 29 minutes during Tuesday's 99-88 win over Minnesota in Game 1 of the Western Conference Semifinals.
The Scoop: Although Podziemski had a quiet showing in the Game 1 win, the Warriors may need a lot more from him going forward -- Stephen Curry tweaked his left hamstring Tuesday and is expected to be sidelined through Game 4. Through eight playoff games, Podziemski is averaging 10.0 points, 4.6 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 0.8 steals in 30.1 minutes.

Spencer ended Tuesday's 99-88 win over the Timberwolves in Game 1 of the Western Conference Semifinals with four points (2-4 FG), two rebounds and two steals in 11 minutes.
The Scoop: Spencer, who has been used sparingly all season, was pressed into backup point guard duties following an injury to Stephen Curry (hamstring). To his credit, Spencer made the most of his minutes and came up with a couple of big plays. It's possible coach Steve Kerr calls his number again with Curry expected to be sidelined through Game 4.

The Warriors announced Wednesday that Curry will be re-evaluated in one week.
The Scoop: An MRI taken on Curry confirmed a Grade 1 left hamstring strain. Curry's re-evaluation date is set for one week, which effectively rules Curry out until at least Game 5 on May 14. The injury could've been a lot worse, however, so the Warriors are fortunate that he has a chance to return in this series. In the meantime, the Warriors will need Jimmy Butler, Draymond Green, Buddy Hield and Brandin Podziemski to step up.

Curry is expected to miss at least one week with a Grade 1 left hamstring strain, ESPN's Shams Charania reports.
The Scoop: The Warriors have already ruled Curry out for Game 2 on Thursday, but they haven't placed a firm timetable on the superstar guard yet -- this is the first strained muscle of his career, and the Warriors are waiting to see how he responds to treatment. That said, a return in Game 3 on Monday is unlikely but not entirely off the table yet. With Curry sidelined, the bulk of the offense is likely to run through Jimmy Butler, while Draymond Green, Buddy Hield and Brandin Podziemski could all see increased usage.
