Over 19 appearances with the Westchester Knicks this season, he averaged 22.2 points, 4.8 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.1 steals across 34.6 minutes per contest.

 The Scoop: Barnes didn't see the floor in any of the final three games of the Finals after logging 17 total minutes in the first two outings of the series. The veteran forward was a regular in the starting lineup to begin the regular season but started only three games after the All-Star break. The 34-year-old is set to enter unrestricted free agency this offseason.

 The Scoop: Kornet saw increased burn in Game 5, though he failed to make much of an impact. The big man appeared in 68 regular-season games (25 starts) during his first season with the Spurs, averaging 6.5 points, 6.1 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1.0 blocks in 21.0 minutes per showing. The 30-year-old shot 64.3 percent from the field and has topped the 60.0 percent mark in each of the last four seasons.

 The Scoop: Vassell turned in an efficient performance in Saturday's season-ending loss and finished as San Antonio's fourth-leading scorer. The 25-year-old swingman also supplied at least three combined steals-plus-blocks for the ninth time across 23 playoff appearances. Vassell started 65 of his 67 regular-season appearances in 2025-26, averaging 13.9 points, 4.0 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 0.9 steals across 30.5 minutes per showing.

 The Scoop: Champagnie delivered a bounce-back performance Saturday after scoring just five points on 2-of-9 shooting in Game 4. The 24-year-old forward was a valuable contributor for the Spurs in their run to the Finals, averaging 11.2 points, 5.7 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.3 steals while shooting 39.6 percent from deep across 30.6 minutes per tilt in 23 playoff appearances. Champagnie is fresh off a career-best year, and the Spurs hold a team option on his contract for 2026-27. Across 82 regular-season appearances (68 starts) in 2025-26, he averaged 11.1 points, 5.8 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 0.8 steals while shooting 38.1 percent from downtown in 27.6 minutes per game.

 The Scoop: McBride logged 13 minutes Saturday night, his highest workload since Game 2. Still, the 25-year-old didn't do much with the bump in playing time and went scoreless for a third straight contest. McBride logged 41 regular-season appearances during the 2025-26 campaign, averaging a career-best 12.0 points with 2.4 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 0.2 blocks and 0.9 steals. He also shot 41.3 percent from deep, another career high. However, despite the increase in production, McBride struggled to stay healthy, missing time mostly due to a core-muscle injury that kept him off the court for a stretch of the season. All things considered, the 2021 No. 36 overall pick will be entering the final year of his contract before becoming an unrestricted free agent in the summer of 2027. If McBride can stay healthy and improve his statistical contributions even slightly, it may be difficult for the Knicks to retain him at a discount beyond the 2026-27 season.

 The Scoop: Johnson concluded a highly disappointing postseason run with a slightly improved but ultimately quiet performance off the bench as San Antonio was eliminated in five games. Despite earning the 2025-26 Sixth Man of the Year award after averaging 13.2 points per game during the regular season, the seventh-year swingman was never able to find his rhythm in the playoffs, frequently taking a back seat in the rotation. His struggles reached a low point in the championship series against New York, where he averaged just 4.4 points and 3.0 rebounds across 15.0 minutes per game while shooting a meager 34.8 percent from the field. Johnson has one year remaining on his four-year, $74 million rookie extension before hitting unrestricted free agency in the summer of 2027. Owed an average annual salary of $18.5 million on a fully guaranteed deal, he will head into the offseason looking to regroup and solidify his standing as a vital, high-priced reserve weapon for a young Spurs core built around Victor Wembanyama, Stephon Castle, and Dylan Harper.

Coming off a passive season where he struggled to command consistent minutes, the former Sixth Man of the Year will likely have to look for another bench-depth role with a contender on the open market.
