Hauser finished Wednesday's 127-102 victory over the Knicks in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals with six points (2-5 FG, 2-5 3Pt), one rebound and two assists over 15 minutes.
The Scoop: Hauser returned from a three-game absence due to a right ankle sprain and saw a limited workload Wednesday. But with Jayson Tatum (Achilles) sidelined and Kristaps Porzingis struggling with an ongoing illness, there is a path for Hauser to earn more minutes going forward.

Kornet closed Wednesday's 127-102 victory over New York in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals with 10 points (5-5 FG), nine rebounds, one assist, seven blocks and one steal in 26 minutes.
The Scoop: Kornet started the second half since Kristaps Porzingis is still dealing with an illness, and he ended up dazzling while also sniffing a triple-double -- he finished just one rebound and three blocks from doing so. Don't be surprised if Kornet receives a bigger role in the rest of the series against New York, and that should translate directly into a marked increase of his fantasy upside.

Brown ended with 26 points (9-17 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 5-8 FT), eight rebounds, 12 assists and one steal in 37 minutes during Wednesday's 127-102 win over the Knicks in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals.
The Scoop: The Knicks aimed to slow Brown down in the absence of Jayson Tatum (Achilles), and while his scoring numbers weren't as eye-popping as Derrick White's, his overall stat line was impressive. Brown emerged as a reliable facilitator and dished out 12 dimes while ending just two boards shy of what would've been his first triple-double of the current postseason. The Celtics need Brown to be at his best if they're going to erase the 3-2 deficit and set up a rematch against the Pacers in the Eastern Conference Finals. Brown is averaging 21.6 points, 6.8 rebounds, 5.0 assists and 0.8 steals per game in the current series against the Knicks.

White ended Wednesday's 127-102 victory over the Knicks in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals with 34 points (9-16 FG, 7-13 3Pt, 9-11 FT), three rebounds, two assists and three blocks in 40 minutes.
The Scoop: This was the first game without Jayson Tatum (Achilles) for the Celtics, and even though Jaylen Brown was widely expected to step up, it was White who ended up leading the team in scoring. His growth during the current postseason run has been impressive to watch, and it wouldn't be surprising if he continues to have a steady role as a premier scoring option for Boston solely based on the defensive matchups. White is averaging 22.6 points per game in the current series against New York while shooting 45.2 percent from the floor and 42.1 percent from beyond the arc.

Towns chipped in 19 points (5-11 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 8-9 FT), eight rebounds, one block and one steal across 29 minutes during Wednesday's 127-102 loss to the Celtics in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals.
The Scoop: Getting into foul trouble in the first half, Towns finished just two rebounds shy of recording another double-double, and that means his streak of games with at least 10 points and 10 rebounds ended at six contests. The star big man also snapped a streak of three games with at least 20 points, but one subpar showing shouldn't erase what he's been doing throughout the playoffs. Towns is averaging 19.6 points and 12.8 boards per game in the current series against Boston and should play a pivotal role on the team in Game 5 on Friday.

Hart recorded 24 points (7-15 FG, 5-9 3Pt, 5-6 FT), seven rebounds and two assists over 36 minutes during Wednesday's 127-102 loss to the Celtics in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals.
The Scoop: Hart not only led the Knicks in scoring in this Game 5 loss, but he also delivered his best scoring output of the entire postseason run. This was a huge bounce-back performance for the veteran, who had been struggling with his shot in his previous two outings -- he scored a combined 16 points while shooting 5-for-16 from the floor in Games 3 and 4. Hart is averaging 15.4 points, 7.8 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game through his five outings in the Eastern Conference Semifinals.

Hield closed Wednesday's 121-110 loss to Minnesota in Game 5 of the Western Conference Semifinals with eight points (2-9 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 4-4 FT), four rebounds, one assist and two steals across 30 minutes.
The Scoop: Hield certainly had some strong moments in the playoffs, but he closed out the final two games shooting a combined 6-of-20 from the field. As for the regular season, it's no secret that he had his struggles in his first campaign with the team. He appeared in all 82 games, posting averages of 11.1 points, 3.2 rebounds, 1.6 assists, 0.8 steals and 2.5 three-pointers on 41.7 percent from the field. The guard is under contract with the team for two more years with a player option for a third.

Brunson had 22 points (7-17 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 7-9 FT), one rebound and six assists in 33 minutes before fouling out of Wednesday's 127-102 loss to Boston in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals.
The Scoop: Brunson has surpassed the 20-point mark in four of the five games during the series, but this was far from his most efficient performance, as the Knicks couldn't get the deal done and will now return to Madison Square Garden for Game 6 on Friday. Even if his Game 5 performance wasn't the best, Brunson will need to play a huge role for the Knicks if they want to move to the Eastern Conference Finals and face the Pacers. The star floor general is averaging 26.8 points, 3.4 rebounds and 7.4 assists per game in the series against the Celtics.

Butler had 17 points (4-11 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 9-11 FT), six rebounds, six assists and three steals over 42 minutes during Wednesday's 121-110 loss to the Timberwolves in Game 5 of the Western Conference Semifinals.
The Scoop: Although the Warriors lost Stephen Curry (hamstring) at the beginning of this series, Butler wasn't able to prevent the Timberwolves from winning four straight games to eliminate Golden State. Butler had his struggles in this series, shooting 43.0 percent from the field with a low usage rate, all things considered. Butler will be 36 years old on Opening Night in 2025-26, and his fantasy upside is likely to be limited again as the presumed No. 2 option on offense behind Curry. In 30 regular-season appearances, Butler produced 17.9 points, 5.9 assists, 5.5 rebounds, 1.7 steals and 0.6 three-pointers in 32.7 minutes per game.

Jackson-Davis posted two points (1-1 FG), two rebounds and one steal across seven minutes during Wednesday's 121-110 loss to the Timberwolves in Game 5 of the Western Conference Semifinals.
The Scoop: Jackson-Davis, along with Kevon Looney and Quinten Post, played a combined 23 points with coach Steven Kerr utilizing smaller lineups. Playing in his second NBA season, Jackson-Davis took a step back in 2024-25, posting averages of 6.6 points, 5.0 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 0.6 blocks in 15.6 minutes per game. Kevon Looney is hitting free agency and Quinten Post has a bargain-bin club option the Warriors will likely pick up, but it's hard to imagine the franchise being comfortable with Jackson-Davis as their top option at center based on how this season went.
