Cracks rotation Wednesday
Burks closed Wednesday's 130-121 victory over the Pacers in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals with zero points (0-1 FG) in one minute.

The Scoop: Burks dusted himself off Wednesday, leaving the bench for the first time this postseason. Jalen Brunson was forced to the locker room during the second quarter, affording one minute of playing time to Burks. Given Brunson was able to return to the game, it is unlikely we see Burks again anytime soon.

Drains three triples Wednesday
Sheppard chipped in 11 points (4-6 FG, 3-4 3Pt) and one assist over 20 minutes during Wednesday's 130-121 loss to New York in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals.

The Scoop: Sheppard continues to play meaningful minutes for the Pacers, connecting on three triples en route to 11 points. While the Pacers ended with six players logging double-digit scoring, it was still not enough to get over the hump in front of a vocal New York crowd. Sheppard should continue to serve as a three-point threat off the bench.

Leads all scorers in loss
Haliburton totaled 34 points (11-19 FG, 7-11 3Pt, 5-6 FT), six rebounds, nine assists and three steals in 35 minutes during Wednesday's 130-121 loss to New York in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals.

The Scoop: Haliburton finally found some rhythm on the offensive end, putting up a game-high 34 points, including seven triples. Although the Pacers managed to put up a respectable total, their defense simply wasn't up to the task of slowing down the Knicks. With the series now shifting to Indiana, Haliburton will look to build on this performance in the hopes of keeping the series alive.

Quiet again Wednesday
Nesmith totaled six points (2-7 FG, 2-6 3Pt), one rebound, two assists and one steal over 34 minutes during Wednesday's 130-121 loss to the Knicks in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals.

The Scoop: Nesmith managed just six points in the loss, continuing his disappointing postseason. While he does provide the Pacers with a reliable defensive asset, his inability to score on a consistent basis remains a concern. The series will now head to Indiana, where the Pacers will look to secure their first win.

Won't return Wednesday
Anunoby (left hamstring soreness) has been ruled out for the remainder of Wednesday's Game 2 against the Pacers.

The Scoop: Anunoby went straight to the locker room and was grabbing at his left hamstring after a shot attempt late in the third period. He'll be unable to return to the contest, leaving minutes for the likes of Miles McBride, Alec Burks and Precious Achiuwa. Anunoby's status should be monitored closely leading up to Friday's Game 3 at Indiana.

Heads to locker room
Anunoby limped to the locker room holding his left hamstring during Wednesday's Game 2 against Indiana, Fred Katz of The Athletic reports.

The Scoop: After being without Jalen Brunson for portions of the first half, the Knicks could be down Anunoby after he came up limping during the third quarter with what appears to be a left hamstring injury. Until we get an official update from the Knicks, Anunoby should be considered questionable to return. While he's out, Alec Burks, Miles McBride and Precious Achiuwa are the likely candidates for more minutes

Returns for second half
Brunson (foot) has returned for the second half of Wednesday's Game 2 matchup with the Pacers, Fred Katz of The Athletic reports.

The Scoop: Brunson tweaked his foot during the first half and took an early trip to the locker room, but he started the second half for New York. However, the injury is clearly hampering him, as he's sporting a bit of a limp and struggling to guard his position on defense. It'll be interesting to see how he finishes the game.

Has sore right foot
Brunson is questionable to return to Wednesday's Game 2 against the Pacers with a sore right foot.

The Scoop: Brunson went to the locker room late in the first quarter and stayed there to start the second. The Knicks have given an update on his status, listing him as questionable to return with soreness in his right foot. Miles McBride should man the point guard spot for as long as Brunson is sidelined.

In locker room to start second
Brunson stayed in the locker room following the first quarter of Wednesday's Game 2 against Indiana for unspecified reasons, Steve Popper of Newsday reports.

The Scoop: Brunson exited the contest late in the first period and went back to the locker room with an undisclosed injury and didn't return to the bench to start the second quarter. Until clarification is provided, Brunson should be considered questionable to return. Miles McBride should handle most of the point guard duties in Brunson's stead, while Shake Milton could see his first action of the playoffs.

Cleared for Game 2
Haliburton (back) is available for Wednesday's Game 2 against the Knicks.

The Scoop: Haliburton has been battling back spasms throughout the playoffs, but he'll play through the issue once again Wednesday. However, it's possible the back spasms could impact his effectiveness considering he scored just six points in 36 minutes during Game 1 on Monday.
