Immediately following the PASPN 20-Team Invitational College Prospect Draft, each teams 2010-11 payroll is calculated along with their projected rookie draft class salaries, and the 2010-11 exceptions. If that total amount is above the 2010-11 salary cap threshold, those teams will receive both league exceptions. If that total is below the new salary cap threshold, then those teams will not recieve the 2010-11 exceptions.
