Apparently I forgot to turn on some of the timing rules when it comes to what GMs can and cannot due at a particular time. Well those issues have been resolved. Everything has been set back to normal. Resume your offseason

dunno if this had been aksed before, but at what time is it possible to offer your own QO-Players a contract? at the start of free agency, i assume?

Start of free agency. They already have their QO offers, but can't act upon them until then
